CRM. Perfect for our simple CRM needs right now. Def don't use it for all of its horsepower. Also, love how there's an ecosystem of consultants to help with customization. The Gmail integration is one of my fav things.

Email Newsletter. The best platform to build, grow, monetize an email newsletter. I'm intimately familiar with the tech (it's what we used at Morning Brew) & Tyler is a wildly customer-centric Founder.

Offshore Support. Oceans pulls amazing talent from Sri Lanka & helps with a range of jobs from EAs to Finance & Accounting.

Finances. Use Ramp for company credit cards & spending at storyarb (10 employees) and Morning Brew (220 employees).

Banking. Great UX, focus on startups, haved loved the experience so far.

Incorporation/Legal. Have used Doola to incorporate my last 2 businesses. Super easy & great customer service. Also used it to dissolve one business (RIP The Plunge).

HR. Used to use Gusto, but changed to Rippling for storyarb as we want to offer PEO to our employees + have a combo of compliance, applicant tracking, and EPL insurance

Internal Comms. Didn't even consider another option.

Internal Documentation. Have always loved Notion because I liked the UI. Dealt with some headaches recently. Customer support was average. But open to change my opinion.

Payments. Electricity of the internet. Can't operate without it.

Process Automation. The highway system between applications. We use it for Stripe --> Notion --> Slack & Hubspot --> Gmail.

Website Software. Storyarb's website is beautiful. Thank you, Hagen Creative & Webflow.

Call Recording/Transcription. Good for call recording & call summaries. Especially helpful for content interviews (to transcribe) and sales calls (to review).

Video Conferencing. Use Zoom most of the time, but actually find myself huddling with co-workers in Slack more and more.

Social Media Scheduling. Very intuitive product. Use it for Linkedin & X posting. Founder's are super transparent about their product roadmap & soliciting customer feedback.
